The Black Heritage Library & Multicultural Center (Est. 1982) is a valuable Findlay, Hancock County , Ohio community multi-cultural gem and educational resource. 

It significantly contributes toward the quality of life within our own community. Oftentimes, it also touches the people who pass through our community and our borders.
